Measure Movement. Build Capacity. Perform.

Before capacity can be built, it must first be measured. Establishing an objective baseline allows recommendations, progressions, and outcomes to be guided by meaningful data rather than assumption.

Performance begins with understanding how you move. Objective biomechanical analysis identifies movement limitations, guides progression, and tracks meaningful change over time.
Using handheld dynamometry, Athletic Reserve objectively measures muscular force to identify strength deficits, side-to-side asymmetries, and changes in capacity. Combined with movement analysis, force measurements provide a more complete picture of how an athlete moves, produces force, and performs.

Athletic performance is built through intentional progression. Training should improve movement quality, develop physical capacity, and prepare the body to meet the demands of sport over time.
